This supplement has been life changing for me. I was diagnosed with PCOS many years ago and the first line treatment for my insulin insensitivity was Metformin. Anyone who has ever taken this medication before can relate about how horrible it makes you feel. I have never before felt such painful nausea, migraines and myalgia. I was consistently looking for ways to help alleviate the side effects and came across this supplement. This supplement contains digestive enzymes to help with the breakdown of fats, carbohydrates and proteins. This supplement doesn’t interact with Metformin so I take them both at the same time. Ever since taking this medication I have noticed a big decrease of Metformin side effects.

Pros: This product really helps with digestion and minimization of Metformin side effects (please note this is from my own experience and this has not been medically proven). This product can be taken with Metformin, so it has increased my compliance as I can take them both at the same time.
Cons: This supplement contains Ox Bile so it is not Vegetarian or Vegan friendly. This supplement also contains sulphites, so if you have a sulphite allergy this may not be suitable for you.
