
Ingredients:
- Grape Tomatoes
- Mozzarella
- Cilantro
- Parsley
- Chives
- Red Onions
- Balsamic Vinegar
- Olive Oil

Directions:
- Cut grape tomatoes in half and slice up mozzarella into bite sized pieces.
- Wash and chop up all of your herbs and the red onions.
- Mix the grape tomatoes, herbs, mozzarella and onions in a medium sized bowl.
- Drizzle one tbsp. of olive oil and one tsp. of balsamic vinegar.
- Enjoy!
