Summer Caprese Salad

Ingredients:

  • Grape Tomatoes
  • Mozzarella
  • Cilantro
  • Parsley
  • Chives
  • Red Onions
  • Balsamic Vinegar
  • Olive Oil

Directions:

  1. Cut grape tomatoes in half and slice up mozzarella into bite sized pieces.
  2. Wash and chop up all of your herbs and the red onions.
  3. Mix the grape tomatoes, herbs, mozzarella and onions in a medium sized bowl.
  4. Drizzle one tbsp. of olive oil and one tsp. of balsamic vinegar.
  5. Enjoy!
